About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with QaafByQaswa. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

Orders and acceptance

An order is confirmed only after QaafByQaswa verifies it. We may contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch — especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

QaafByQaswa may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, an unreachable or unverifiable customer, or a delivery area our couriers do not cover. If an order is cancelled after any advance payment, the amount will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the product only. COD adds 4% of the product subtotal, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you place the order. Prices and availability can change without notice, but changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment

Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer are available across Pakistan. COD adds 4% of the product subtotal, excluding delivery charges. COD orders can be processed and shipped before cash collection is confirmed; the full total is paid on delivery. Bank Transfer orders are processed only after the bank receipt is verified. Confirmation submits the order for review and does not verify payment.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, strikes, weather, or events outside our control can extend them. Please provide a complete address and keep your phone reachable; repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us.

Exchanges and returns

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed products in their original packaging with tags attached, subject to stock availability; the delivery charge for a size exchange is paid by the customer. Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced at no cost, or refunded in full if a replacement is not available. Refunds are not given for a change of mind. Contact us before sending anything back.

Products

We photograph products as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen. Minor variations in print placement are part of how graphic apparel is produced and are not defects.

Intellectual property

QaafByQaswa branding and logos may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Third-party artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QaafByQaswa's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Pakistan.
